The pen construction has a lifetime guarantee, the motor Flat DC Micro-motor 1 year and the clip cord has a 6 Month guarantee. The guarantee is covered in-house and all repairs will be done by TattooINC Pty Ltd. All spares carried in-house and turnaround for repairs are 3 working days. *Guarantee excludes shipping cost.
