Delivery Information
Shipping overview
We ship door to door across South Africa with The Courier Guy.
Rates
- Flat rate up to 2 kg: R145.50 excl VAT (R167.33 incl VAT) to main centres.
- Regional and remote areas: quoted on request; surcharge may apply.
- Bulky items: billed on volumetric mass per courier rules.
Delivery times
- Main centres: overnight (business days).
- Regional and remote: 2–4 business days.
- Public holidays: add extra time.
Dispatch
- Paid orders received by 13:00 dispatch the same business day.
- Orders after 13:00 dispatch the next business day.
Address and delivery attempts
- Street address only. No PO boxes.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
- If delivery fails after reasonable attempts, re-delivery fees apply.
Risk and claims (FOB)
FOB shipping point – risk transfers to you once the parcel is handed to the courier.
- Inspect the parcel on delivery.
- Report damage or loss to the courier within 24–48 hours and keep packaging.
- Email TattooINC with photos and the waybill number. We assist with the claim.
Collection options
- Courier collection by appointment. Call or WhatsApp +27 82 418 6448 at least 2 hours before pickup.
- In-store collection: 16:00–20:00 daily. Bring ID and your order number.

Exceptions and restrictions
- Public holidays and courier network issues may delay delivery.
- Hazardous items ship only under courier acceptance and legal requirements – contact us before ordering.
- Remote area surcharges apply per the courier zone list; we will quote before shipping.
