Original Manufacturer’s Guarantee

This guarantee applies to studio furniture, tattoo machines, electronic power supplies, autoclaves, and other electronic equipment supplied by TattooINC (Pty) Ltd.
What is covered
Defects in materials and workmanship affecting studio furniture, tattoo machines, electronic power supplies, autoclaves, and other electronic equipment.
What is not covered
- Shipping from customers to TattooINC and back to customers.
- Shipping to and from international suppliers.
- Damage or malfunction from alteration, modification, improper use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, moisture, fire, improper packing or shipping, lightning, or power surges.
- Heating elements, seals, packing, or packing seals on autoclaves.
- Damage or malfunction from installation, removal, unauthorised tampering, or repair.
- Equipment enclosures, cables, accessories, and any other equipment used with these products.
- Compatibility or technology obsolescence.
Warranty period
Six (6) months from the date of invoice unless stated otherwise. Products are booked with the original manufacturer for evaluation. The manufacturer’s decision on repair, replacement, or rejection is final.
- Shipping costs from the client to the manufacturer are not covered.
- TattooINC acts as mediator and provides written communication between the manufacturer and the client.
- For insurance claims such as power surges, TattooINC supplies original invoices and supporting documents.
- Proof of purchase is required.
