UV Cabinet Large for Tattoo Tools

Overview

UV Cabinet Large is a CE UV-C disinfection cabinet for tattoo studios that need more interior space. Two UV-C tubes, reflective inner walls and two pull-out shelves give broad surface exposure for clean tools and new disposables before use. The brown UV door keeps light inside the unit while you work.

Intended use

This cabinet supports infection control for pre-cleaned, pre-disinfected reusable tools and new disposable items before first use. Reusable items must be washed and then treated in a cold sterilant or processed in an autoclave first. UV exposure is an added surface step only. Disposables stay single-use and go to waste after one client.

• Scissors, tweezers and metal layout tools after cold sterilant treatment

• Single-layer clean towels or paper towels placed flat on a shelf before use
• New, unused ink cups or pigment caps in a single layer before use, then discarded after each client
• Outer surfaces of sealed sterile packs as an extra hygiene step before opening in the clean zone

How to use

1. Wash reusable tools thoroughly. Remove ink, blood and all visible residue.
2. Immerse reusable tools in cold sterilants or place them in an autoclave. Allow them to dry before placing them in the cabinet.
3. Place cleaned and disinfected tools, plus new disposable items, in a single layer with gaps between pieces.
4. Close the door fully and set the timer.
5. The cabinet switches off automatically when the cycle ends.
6. Remove tools and disposables for setup inside the clean zone.

Safety and limitation notice

This cabinet provides UV-C surface disinfection for clean, pre-disinfected reusable tools and for new disposable items before first use. UV-C is not a replacement for cold sterilants or autoclaves.

Q&A

Do reusable tools go in directly after washing?
No. Tools must be disinfected in cold sterilants or processed in an autoclave first. UV-C is a final surface-exposure step.

Do needles or cartridges go into this cabinet?
No. They follow their own sterile supply chain and autoclave workflow.

Can ink cups be placed inside?
Yes — new, unused ink cups may sit in a single layer before use as an added hygiene step. After each client, all cups go to clinical waste and never return to the cabinet.

Does UV-C sterilise items?
No. UV-C reduces microbes on exposed surfaces but does not replace chemical sterilants or autoclaves. Sterile products keep their own validated processes.
